El Dorado is putting together a database of ALL alumni in preparation for a 50th Anniversary celebration for the school.  Click on the link below and register yourself so you will be notified when the time comes.  The event is being planned for Fall of 2016.

Wonder why they are doing this in 2015 when the first classes weren't until 1966

You're right Al!  El Dorado didn't open until September of 1966.  I don't know why they chose 2015 to celebrate it.

There are so many people I would like to see, but I can't make it.  Thought of you though!

You can't make 2015?  You have plans that far in advance Dale?

I edited my post to show that the 50th Anniversary celebration will take place in Fall of 2016.  The sign-up document link is still valid.  If you haven't signed up yet or have had a change of address since previously signing up, be sure to add yourself to this list.

Is this supposed to coincide with the class of 06 10 year? I have not heard anything about my reunion. Any help would be greatly appreciated!  Smiley

Have you checked on Face Book Kyle? There is an EDHS Alumni section there and that is where the majority of people seem to connect these days. Good luck!

Great news! The EDHS 50th Anniversary Celebration plans are underway! We don't have all the details yet but will soon. What I do know is that the celebration will take place the week of October 10 thru October 15, 2016. There will be a football game on Friday night, October 14th. There will be an all-day reunion on the EDHS campus on Saturday, October 15th. I'll let you know more details as I get them. I hope many of you will be able to attend!  If you haven't signed the registry yet or have had changes in your information, please use the link I provided in my original post.

Flying in on the 14th. Looking forward to the game. Can we, as former players, be on the sidelines with the team?

That would be nice if they allowed you to do that. It might get a little crowded.
